Hi everyone, I wanted to let you know that I am going to be deleting my Goodreads account which means I will not be able to interact with readers using that forum anymore. I was reminded that many perceive this medium as being for readers more than authors and I am beginning to realize that is a true statement.

I've tried in the past to ignore the comments I've seen on the site as they pertain to my work, but unfortunately that is not always possible. So it will be easier just to remove the site as a way to communicate with readers. That being said, Facebook and my website will be the best way to interact with me going forward.

I AM NOT BASING THIS ON ANY ONE COMMENT OR PERSON - this is just something that will work better for me in the long term. I have a tendency to get too caught up in ratings and reviews anyway so this will be a good thing that will allow me to focus on the joy of writing.

I believe my books will still appear on GR so you can review them, but just be aware that I won't be responding to comments or posting teasers or blog posts anymore.
